Wow! I am so pleased with the results of my recent tile cleaning by the Mrs. Grout crew of Austin, Benita and Cheryl.

From the beginning of the job, where they carefully laid down protection for my hardwood to the final clean up, these professionals not only met, but exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen and bathroom tile have a sculptured texture and they were able, with a lot of hard work, to get all the surfaces clean and bright. Small little chips were magically hidden and the staining of the grout made the floor better looking then when it was new.

Benita transformed an old shower into a bright, sparkly one that looks like a new one. I will certainly be using this service in the future and will be recommending it to my friends.

We had our floors refinished 3 years ago by Mrs. Grout. Since that time, the floors have seen daily abuse from children, pets, and daily wear and tear. The grout lines have stood the test of time and are still just as clean and bright as the day the floors were done. We could not be happier with the service and the quality of the work.

The employees were courteous and punctual and we even received follow up calls to assure our satisfaction. We thought we would have to redo the tile until we found this service.
