We had our floors refinished 3 years ago by Mrs. Grout. Since that time, the floors have seen daily abuse from children, pets, and daily wear and tear. The grout lines have stood the test of time and are still just as clean and bright as the day the floors were done. We could not be happier with the service and the quality of the work.

The employees were courteous and punctual and we even received follow up calls to assure our satisfaction. We thought we would have to redo the tile until we found this service. It was a huge Financial savings. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to refurbish their tile floors or showers.
